宾州的老年居民，你们申请房产退税了吗？宾州州政府为拥有自己房产或者租房住的老年人制定了房地产退税政策。2024年，退税金额创历史新高：最高退税达到1000美元，有资格领取退税的居民收入上限增加到每年4.5万美元。老年人年龄要求在65岁或以上，还有其他部分人群也有资格申请。申请截止到6月30日哦。

Pennsylvania senior residents, have you applied for your property tax or rent rebate? Pennsylvania has a rebate program for seniors who own their property or rent an apartment. In 2024, the tax or rent rebate will be at a historic high: the maximum rebate is $1,000, and the income cap for residents eligible for the rebate has been increased to $45,000 per year. Applicants generally must be 65 years of age or older (there are other groups of people who are also eligible to apply). The deadline to apply is June 30th.

今年是我第四年和老公一起报名当花展的志愿者，感觉是个元老级的志愿者了，位置都分到了最好的地方 (人最多的地方）！除了看花，我还有机会看各族裔、各种穿着打扮的人，并和他们交谈，为他们提供服务：）

The Philadelphia Flower Show is the world's oldest and largest indoor flower show, attracting more than 250,000 visitors each year. It is also described as the oldest, largest, and most prestigious flower celebration in the United States.

This year is the fourth year that my husband and I signed up to be volunteers at the flower show. I feel like a veteran volunteer, and the position is one of the best! (most crowded). In addition to see the beautiful flowers, I got the chance to see people from different ethnic groups, people in all kinds of costumes, and I got the chance to talk to them and help them.
